Occurred the most disproportionately in hexagons with 53-68% of big
sagebrush shrubland and May precipitation (hex. min.) of 10-28 mm.
Almost as likely to occur in hexagons with even more big sagebrush
shrubland. The logistic regression analysis showed positive or negative
association with big sagebrush shrubland, elevation (hex. avg.), the
extent of public land, and-to a lesser degree-April precipitation
(hex. min.).
